Here are a few of the most FAQ’s. If you have a question that is not answered here, please email race director Gary Hafley at hafley@comcast.net.

Will I receive my race bib number in the mail?

No, race bibs will not be mailed to pre registered runners. They are picked up on race morning at the registration table near the start line. We will also have safety pins.

Is there race day registration?

We have been limited by State Parks to 700 runners. This event is pre registration only as we anticipate reaching that limit prior to race day.

Will I have to pay a State Park entrance fee?

No. Runners will be directed into the Picnic area near the start and finish and will not have to pay an entrance fee. Once the picnic area is full, vehicles will be diverted into the Pro Build parking lot. If you want to pay a $10 entrance fee or you possess a State Park Annual pass you can park in the main lot where vehicles must show proof of park entrance fee payment.

Where do I look for first aid if needed?

Look for the Felton Fire truck in the main picnic area parking lot near the restrooms. Felton Fire will also have personnel at the first water station at the top of the climb and Pipeline Road.

May I run with my child in the Kids Fun Run?

Yes you may. We do ask that you stand on the side and wait a couple of 100 feet up the road from the start and jump in with your child when they come by.

When do I get my race T-shirt?

Shirts are handed out after the race in the main picnic area.

Can I run with my dog?

No, dogs are not allowed on the trails. This is a park rule.

Where is the pancake breakfast?

The Felton Fire Pancake Breakfast is at the Felton Volunteer Fire Department located at Kirky off Hwy 9 in downtown Felton. Just show your race bib number for the free breakfast.

Are there hills in the race?

Yes there are hills. The toughest climb is between miles 2.5 and mile 3.3. The course map will show the elevation changes.
